ER staff was great, as was hospital staff (3N). However, social worker Carol was rude, mean and threatening. She was extremely unprofessional at a highly stressful decision making time. Inexcusable
My surgeon was excellent however, the nursing care on the orthopedic floor was horrendous. Only 2 nurses did a good job.
Had a great experience here! Prompt, courtieous, and efficient. I was on vacation here from Michigan and I thought my care was great.
Just went in to check if I had a uti. The nurse was wonderful but Dr. Mary Ann Harwood had a really bad attitude and after finding out I don't have a uti she asked me if I've had unprotected sexual intercourse. I said yes (with one person) she proceeds to tell me that she's going to give me 3 different antibiotic for std's before she even has results and when I said I'm uncomfortable with that because I'm prone to yeast infections she says (with an attitude) "eat yogurt" how is she still there?!! On Thursday, August 27th I was treated in the Cardiac Cath. Lab having gone through various cardiac tests done by Doctor Coolong . The prep nurses were thorough,competent, extremely kind, and made me as comfortable as possible. My doctor was great , everyone listened to what I had to say with regard to meds.allergies and medical conditions and made the necessary adjustments before the procedures. I went to the ER September 30, 2014 at 9 :30 pm because I was unable to eat, sit or stand due to pain. The triage nurse took me within 25 minutes. . It was a very busy night. I was taken into a room in the ER.. Everyone was professional , considerate and through. They ran tests and did a CT scan. . I had a hiatial hernia and was also diagnosed with acute inflammation of my stomach lining. I left at 3:45 am with a special diet and told to follow up with my PCP. I was very pleased with the treatment that I received.
