Christine and her team are very professional, and customer focused .Everyone is responsive and attentive to my needs particularly as I acclimate to wearing hearing aids.
Dr. Chad is professional and knowledgeable. Questions answered, suggestions given, possible next steps outlined. Clear information about fees, insurance, out of pocket expenses and what is included. Discussions about different models of hearing aids, pros and cons and unbiased suggestions of which would meet my individual needs. Have had aids for a year.
