We met Dr. Cullen two weeks ago for an eval for new aids for my daughter. Dr. Cullen was just amazing. Patient, sensitive and caring, explained everything and was eqaully skilled and professional. My daughter has had her aids now for just a few days. The office has already helped with a "reboot issue" when one aid wasn;t turning on; a pairing issue with her laptop, etc. EVERY interaction with anyone at the Center has be a delight. I have been a VERY satisfied patient at CC Hearing Center for 10 plus years and am totally amazed at their quality of service and concerned for my hearing needs. Melony Higgins is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, very friendly and such a joy to deal with. I give them and her a 10+ STAR from the front desk staff to the Audiologist.
