The staff was nice and the inside is well kept and clean. The Dr. was nice but not very helpful. I was in a lot of pain and nothing could be done so I understand. All in all it was okay. But I wouldn't go here for anything pain related. If you had a sickness or a cough, yeah sure get some medicine but anything beyond that just go to the ER.
I have only had good experiences here. Sometimes the wait is long if the place is packed, but the medical staff have all been very good. They caught sciatica when my.nurse practitioner missed it, identified the possibility I had Lyme which my MD had missed, and gave me a really good specialist recommendation for something that needed follow up. One thing I appreciate..even when very busy the staff doesnt come across as stressed or pressured... always giving you the needed time. Seems like they work really well as a team.
"Dr Will'" was awesome. Straight to the point ,explained everything clearly and had a great demeanor.. My prescription went to the pharmacy immediately. I was so incredibly grateful as I was very uncomfortable and had to get to work in a few hours. The lovely nurses were also very efficient and professional.
Worst urgent care I have ever been to. I came in very sick with no voice and congested. They didn’t listen to my lungs. Only tested me for strep and when it was negative they didn’t proceed to get it cultured. Following this visit I went to an urgent care back home in Maine where they listened to my lungs, looked at my throat, and did test positive for strep.
