I visited the Hyannis facility for a simple issue. I had good service; however, this is not your typical urgent care facility. They charge a facility fee, a provider fee, a lab fee, and later in the mail, a pathology fee. In the past, I have been charged an average of 30 dollars after insurance for an urgent care visit, but here, I was charged over 100 dollars for the same service. Beware of their add-on fees. Staff very helpful
This is worst experience I ever had. All they care about is money. They insist on an xray we don’t need and they even send us a bill of a crutch that I didn’t purchase. Please go somewhere else!!!
I had an excellent experience at Cape Cod Healthcare today. I was seen within 10 minutes, which is an incredibly reasonable wait for any medical facility. The staff was attentive, caring, and professional. They listened to my concerns, diagnosed the problem, provided clear instructions, and had me on my way. Thank you very much for taking such good care of me!
