Absolutely the worst. What a confusing and frightening experience. If you have to use Cape Cod Health Care , just remember to come in and be ready to use your common sense. Listen to what they're saying because they're not always right. My granddaughter had an infection in her knee was all puss and gross. She needed anantibiotic. She is allergic to penicillin. I've been to this urgent care myself upwards of 5 times and brought other people here multiple times as well. I've literally never had a good experience or received proper care. The only time it's actually helped me was the two times I went for asthma exacerbations. I went today for a foot injury and a lot of pain and literally nobody examined my foot. They came in, asked what happened, took me to x-ray, said there was no obvious issue, wrapped an emotional support ace bandage around my ankle, and sent me on my way. Due to m... read more
