First time a Falmouth Urgent Care and I had PA Brittany Whiting and she was fantastic. She helped relieve the pain on my toe and she did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue. Seen quickly, diagnosed efficiently. Dr was helpful, prescribed abx and I was out in 25 minutes. Staff all helpful, care was excellent.
This review is specifically for the doctor assigned to my case this morning around 8:30 am. Nurse Jackie was kind, and the receptionist was super nice. The doctor today was Mark Losordo, and I don’t know what his issue with me was. I was courteous, respectful, and polite the entire time. Dr. Losordo was entirely dismissive.
