The older nurse in the Building was absolutely horrible . All she did was complain about having to rush and how she is the only nurse on staff. She then proceeded to talk about all the patients including my 11 year old son while she was at the desks .. The doors are very thin and we could hear every last word, including her laugh at his test results with the other staff members . Perhaps she should have retired 20 years ago and we would have had a better experience.
This place is horrible as far as service. I waited an hour in the waiting room, was finally brought into the exam room and sat for an additional thirty minutes before leaving without seeing a doctor. Yet I paid a co-pay and I'm sure they will bill my insurance for a visit. I wish I could say this was the first and only negative experience I've had and maybe it was an off day. When I walked in, the facility was fairly busy. I felt rushed and the doctor was not warm, welcoming, or informative. She did not give me time to ask any follow up questions or preventative measures I could take for the issue I came there for. She was in and out of the room in a span of 3 minutes. The whole experience was terrible and I definitely would recommend people go somewhere else. The whole healthcare system in this country leaves much to be desired, but this was just ridiculous.
