We went inside the Retail store in Hyannis, which is open on Sundays, so that was really cool. We bought some shirts and the friendly lady in the store was very helpful.
I am sure they are nice people here. But, the woman I spoke to you on the phone was the rudest, bitchiest, person I ever spoke to. She did not like me question about rentals and let me know. Hung up on me when I told her that I would consider any motorcycle, not just a " Harley", "We are a Harley Davidson dealer you $#%&^*( moron!" was the response I got. Very small shop. No motorcycles, no helmets to my knowledge... more of a stop and shop type of location. They had poker chips and shot glasses, which is what my dad collects. Lady was friendly and welcoming!
Visited this store today and got great deals. Katie went above and beyond with her customer service. We were on our bikes and wanted the Harley Davidson cornhole set...she offered to drop it off at our Campsite on her way home!!!
Brought my 76 sportster in to change out the rear tire. I was first told that they dont work on bikes that old. The mechanic came out and looked at it. They ssid they would do it if i cou get a tube. Well i just spent 3 hours driving to get the tube and now they wont change the tire. Looks like when im ready to buy a new bike i will not be going there
