Really surprised I heard good things about this company. Put a 30% deposit down on 5/20 it is now 8/3. Originally told it would take 2 weeks to get order in and then 1-2 weeks after that would be installed. Now going on week 12. Have been told multiple times over the past 2 months that it would be installed but when I call no one can tell me what is going on. Was schedule to be installed today and no one showed up. We have a property line dispute with our neighbor and Cape Cod Fence despite being warned that there was nothing in writing presented to us showing any survey or property line location continued putting the fence up on what we know to be our property. The crew installing it told me it was none of my business if they put a fence up. Poor customer service and follow up. I will never recommend them to clients.
Cape Cod Fence company has done some work for me over the years. Their fast and professional service is hands down the best.

Cape Cod Fence Company replaced a broken gate on our vinyl fence for us. Their work is outstanding, they were very responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and just all around great. The gentleman who did the work was friendly as well as skilled. Recommend highly!
