Made a delivery... in and out in under 30 minutes
Best shipping company around
I never leave reviews places, even when service is bad. However, Laura Reeves was extremely abrupt and rude with me over the phone when I was asking for help in tracking down information about a shipment. I am appalled at the tone and attitude she gave me. Constantly interrupting me when I was trying to explain why I was calling. She did not give me the chance to explain the entire situation and offered almost no help. She didn't ask for a tracking number to reference to look at the shipment together or anything.
