I brought my car to this shop twice for the same issue, and both times they assured me the problem was fixed. Both times, my car broke down within the first 50 miles of leaving their lot. I was charged for both visits, lost multiple days of work, and even had to be towed from the highway back to their service center. I took my car to a different shop, and they immediately pointed out that the previous repairs weren’t done correctly — including using the wrong clamps.
