We recently had a heat pump installed to cool our second floor. While we have not really had the opportunity to try it yet, we had a positive experience with James for the install that I want to share. In short, we agreed an install plan and James did exactly what we had agreed in an efficient manner and at the agreed timing. Glen installed my mini split last May, like a week after I called. During the walk through, he talked me out of unnecessary stuff I thought I wanted, saving me thousands. Very direct, simple approach with the location and install. Somehow way less complicated than the other guy I talked to. Best part was the estimate coming in less than half of the other estimate! Great service! Our 20+ year old gas furnace stopped working one morning. Glen and his crew were in that same day. Entire system replaced the very next day. The best rates of 3 estimates we received!
