When you walk into the office a friendly receptionist greets you asking how you day is going etc. A friendly, knowledgeable dental assistant escorts you back to the treatment room. Dr. Jodoin quickly came in and introduced himself and explained the procedure. He is very friendly and puts you at ease. I can't say enough great things about the staff here. I would a zero if we could. Beware on billing and money paid upfront. We are still waiting for our money paid upfront to be refunded. Billing is terrible and they do not submit proper claims and told us we would receive the money and the office is holding our money. And not send proper paperwork. U ask for a call back she does not call back. Terrible poor business practices. A shames as the Dr. And girls great.
