I have a great barbershop experience every time I walk in cape cod barbershop. They remember my haircut and execute it with consistency and detail. It’s easy to be a loyal customer at cape cod barbershop.

I called and was rushed off the phone rudely. They were nearby and open. By the time I walked in till I walked out was 11 min. That included the 3 min after I went back in to ask him to fix his mistakes. I have never felt so rushed and so awkward getting a cut. He never said a word to me. He also cut my face with the razor and left my face so red from irritation. Go somewhere else.

Rude on phone and then sign in they don't say anything about then just let when someone else comes in who obviously isn't new to they place. Sign in I have to ask is there a sign in. They just say yep and put that person as next. How about let new clients know when they come in if you don't have a front desk. Won't go back
