Encapsulating my placenta through Cape Cod Baby was one of the best decisions I could have made for myself (and my family)! The first few days postpartum I was having a very hard time emotionally - crying at anything & everything, struggling to focus on the good moments, & just overall did not feel like myself at all. I wanted to share this review as my experience with the professionalism and communication from Shannon and her team was so above and beyond and in stark contrast to some of the negative reviews here. I worked with Anna for postpartum doula care for 6 weeks. Throughout the whole time, Shannon was in communication with me and helped me secure replacement care when my doula was sick. We were very happy with our experience with Cape Cod Baby. Rae-Anne helped us overnight for the first 3 weeks with our second baby. In the weeks leading up to my delivery, she often checked in to see how I was doing and once we were home she couldn’t have been more helpful.
