We were very happy with our experience with Cape Cod Baby. Rae-Anne helped us overnight for the first 3 weeks with our second baby. In the weeks leading up to my delivery, she often checked in to see how I was doing and once we were home she couldn’t have been more helpful. Our night doula, Rae Anne, was worse than simply unhelpful. Worst newborn care experience I could have imagined. She was judgmental, unhelpful, uninformed, and rude. She watched me fold baby laundry, crying because I was so tired, and did nothing. She did not offer guidance to help with pump/feed/wake schedules, refused to change diaper in middle of night resulting in such bad diaper rash my baby had to be put on steroids, left used bottles on the nursery floor, the list goes on.
