Fantastic service! They were great to work with and delivered a custom cold air return grille in under a week. Wood looked fantastic.
Received a quality, well made piece last week. Ordered online and quickly realized my project timeline was going to be challenging. When I spoke with the company, they did everything they could to get me what I needed in time- not only did they manage to expedite the process, but it looks great and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Lynn and the team were unbelievably helpful. She told me in March, when she quoted me, that lead times were about a week. My flooring contractor was supposed to give me a 2 week notice for work about then end of April. I ordered the grills on Friday, April 30 and reached out to the flooring contractor for an installation date. They didn't answer my text until Monday, May 3 and said they were coming on Friday, May 7. The race was on, as his next available slot was in mid-June (we needed the room ready by June 3).
