Went into PTOWN branch for a simple question and was met with a manger who seemed hostile. He asked if I had an account and if not , was not going to Assist me. Instead of asking me if i wanted an account there , he lost My business and now i am writing this bad review. It seemed a typical ptown arrogant response with that Smugness we all love. I then went to Seamen’s Bank and was met with smiles and Polite service and was invited to open an account there.
Friendly staff. Great customer service.
