We had no problem thru the rental process with the property. We opted not to take the rental insurance and that’s on us. The property was nice but due to hurricane Helene we were asked to evacuate only after 3 days with only 2-3 hrs of notice. This rental was over $4000. It’s just a courtesy that if you want repeat business that a partial refund would be offered. SGI golf carts who I highly recommend did just that without asking.
