I wanted to thank all the staff on Unit 3A , floor 3 for the wonderful care while I was recovering from a motorcycle accident this August/September. Special thanks to my Doctor, physio team, and especially the nursing staff during my recovery. Their caring attention, professionalism, and advocacy for me was deeply appreciated. Well done! My grandchildren thank you for, “putting Grandpa back together again”!
This place was bad 20 years ago and it's continually getting worse. I'm sick of hearing about workload issues and staffing shortages. Anyone can see the issues here are due to incompetence. Unions got them all coddled though now adays you aren't allowed to critique anyone or else the pitchforks come out.
Thinking about the nurse who made me feel safe in the waiting room- I was scared, alone and in pain but her warm smile and patience made a world of a difference. I unfortunately don’t have her name but I think of her often ❤️
