I live in Cornwall, Ontario, arrived in Chéticamp on vacation and got a bad leg cramp. I knew about Cape Breton Reflexology from Facebook so I thought I have to do something. I first contacted Simone by messenger, in the meantime, made an appointment for the following Friday but when she contacted me she was able to take me the next day. I suffered from plantar fasciitis and a heel spur it was so severe I didn't know how to cure it... tried footwear and foot brace too ( as suggested by my Dr) . It was when my mom suggested reflexology I didn't think it would work as I was in extreme pain... so I had nothing to lose tried it... I took quite a few sessions as It was bad... 1st couple session I was skeptical but after a few sessions I could see progress and months later I am pain free thanks to simone! I am extremely grateful . Highly recommend her...
I had the opportunity to have two sessions with Simone. Very calming and inviting environment. Simone is very knowledgeable and focused on helping you. I had reflexology and the next day access board. It is 4 days later and I’m feeling great. I will be returning . Thanks Simone.
