Visitors will have to walk the 1/4 mile from the locked gate to the Greeting Center. Tickets for tours of the lower portion of the lighthouse are $2 for those 16 years and older. Youth 15 years and under are free. The upper portion of lighthouse is closed pending structural evaluation and possible repair.

Visited on 4/12/25. Lighthouse is closed due to structural damage. Walk to lighthouse is very windy but adventurous. It is about the journey not destination. Nice gift shop and nice attendant.
A nice paved walk to the lighthouse but wear a jacket the wind is brutal. The museum was closed. Gorgeous views!
April through September is when it's open.
