My experience could not have been better from start to finish. The staff... inside and outside the office got along well with each other, which led to a high level of service and my personal experience. The person who did my initial estimate was my first contract and made my decision to go with cape auto body an easy one. He spoke to me. Not at me. You will not be sorry if you take your car there for repair. I highly encourage you to do so.
Cannot thank Cape Auto enough for all of their help with handling a recent claim. My car ended up being a total loss after an accident I was not at fault for. They worked diligently with my insurance to ensure that everything would be taken care of. Matt was kind enough to offer advise on steps moving forward to ensure I was getting the best evaluation for my vehicle and things to consider with a new vehicle.
