I box at Cape Athletics, enjoy this gym. A great way to get fit and the coaches can get you ready to compete if you’re that committed.
Awesome facility. Signed up our son for his own membership. Does practice Monday - Friday 4pm-5pm for strength and conditioning and 5pm-7pm for boxing practice.
