This bank closed its Gloucester location due to Covid19. Their only accessible branch is the Rockport location, specifically the drive through. The wait to be serviced was over an hour. A few reasons this is absurd; a bank is, inarguably an essential business, much like a gas station or grocery store. Grocery clerks, gas station attendants, etc dont get the luxury of stopping work. Worst customer service. Everyone always looks miserable, friendliness is forced, and I’ve had some employees be extremely rude to me.
Customer loyalty means absolutely NOTHING to the CASB!
Thanks for suggesting I drive to Gloucester from Rockport to get customer service. How about YOU drive to Gloucester and go pick up someone who can actually do their job and bring them to me? Over 25 years as a customer and all I can see is my money's interest invested in a GIANT bank with a total of 4 women working inside. My suggestion is that you flip that plan and have a small bank full of staff. If I have to drive out of town to get customer service I'll just switch to a credit union.
