I'm a newer patient and have only been twice, but everyone I have interacted with so far has been great. Dr. Capati took a lot of pictures on my initial visit and went over everything thoroughly. All of the staff is so helpful and caring.
Great Staff Knowledge Excellent experience during my most recent cleaning. I had a new hygienist and he did an amazing job. Very relaxing and calming throughout the cleaning. Even when I'm not a fan of going to dentist appointment. The whole experience made it easy, and I was in and out in 45 minutes. The staff make you feel Welcome and make it easy to come back every time.
Thank you to all the staff members from the front desk, to the hygienist, and Dr. Capati for being so kind. The front desk was very accommodating & kind when I brought my daughter with me and she played with her and entertained her while Dr. Capati was working on my dental plan. I was very impressed with the process and how thorough he was explaining what needed to be done. I appreciate the yearly plan they offer which is very affordable. My hygienist was very good as well. I had a wonderful visit with Neal at Dr. Capati’s office! He was very personable, patient and respectful while working with me. He made my teeth cleaning a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Neal, Dr. Capati and all the wonderful office staff for dentistry needs.
