I purchased a toliet in May 2023, and I needed it installed. My neighbor recommended Capasso Plumbing. I contacted them and was given a quote of $375 to install my toliet. The son showed up and installed the toliet. When he was done, I was ready to pay the $375. The son then told me that because he connected a compression (which cost me $6.45), he charged me an additional $75. I was totally speechless. I have been using this family owned/operated business for 7 years after coming highly recommended and am a loyal customer. Both Jerry Sr and Jr are professional, knowledgeable, always return my calls quickly and when I schedule with them they are on time. Their work is top notch, they don't try to upsell you or find other unrelated things to do to jack up their fees, prices are very fair and I appreciate their customer service. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.
The guys at Capasso Plumbing came to my building to figure out why I had no heat. As it turns out, a backed up sewage line was dripping onto my boiler. These guys figured out the issue immediately. Snaked and repaired a main sewage line...and also fixed the boiler. Stand up guys, explained everything, thorough work at reasonable prices. Call Capasso plumbing. You won't be sorry.
