I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership in May 2025. Upon receiving the vehicle I had been told that Volkswagen had lost the spare key for the new vehicle and that I would only receive 1 key. 3 weeks after collecting the vehicle, the dealership had sent the salesperson to deliver the key to me in Gold Coast. The key they had delivered did not work and I was told that it had not been coded correctly. The issue was left unresolved until January 2026. I was initially conscious of the dealership pricing compared to my other vehicles, but Capalaba VW proved that you get what you pay for. The service was seamless from start to finish. Nikita was fantastic to deal with and ensured everything went smoothly. I left feeling like it was money well spent for the quality provided. Will definitely be back.
Beware do not buy a car from Volkswagen or this dealership.Purchase new transporter vehicle failed with in 24 hours took a month to get it back. Still have not been given my second set of keys or log book. Also odometer reading does not match sales documents. No contact from dealership at all unless I call them.Even then they would not return my calls piss poor effort SHAMEFUL Beware do not allow theses people to destroy your new car buying experience like they did my.
