Absolute disgusting service and have no idea what they are doing when it comes to warranty work for Jayco. Service on our van was conducted in January 2026, the warranty claim was only put into Jayco on 2nd March 2026 after several calls to follow up, I was hung up on and told to find another repairer cause they were to busy.

Prior to a big trip we took our van in to be serviced. On picking up the van we were told they couldn't work out how to get the electric disc brakes working. Then, less than 200 km down the road, one of the wheels broke off, shearing the studs. We were stranded for two weeks waiting for repairs. When checked, the remaining three wheels were found to be under torqued.
Problem with suspension fixed quickly. Yet to cover any distance to see if it is truly fixed.
