We've tried for over a month to get help starting with the unit being frozen sold that we could not enter the unit. Call after call then we got in and there is rodent feces. My clothes frozen solid due to flooding ONLY TO FIND OUT NO INSURANCE SINCE 2023
Won't let you end your rental agreement and the units are rodent infested. Also, the only people you can get in touch with are in Israel, for some reason... Steve Ureel, do better.
Spent literally hours, via email website and phone talking to middleman to cancel cleaned locker, and 1 month later still charging me for empty unit, i guess i have to talk to another person in a foreign country to cancel this locally owned mini storage. Take your storage dollars elsewhere
