We have used Capable One for our parkade gates for several years. Reliable company and good work from Daniel and Tyson today.
We had one of our bay door spring break on its own. It happened at 2:30pm. I called Capable One and by 3:30 they were here to temporarily fix the spring so we can use our bay door until they get a replacement one. Daniel Fraser came back the next day and replaced our spring with a new one. Impressed how fast and efficient Daniel and the the company are. Very professional and will continue to use their services. Thank you Capable One and Daniel!!!
I called in the morning, and they were able to send a team early the same day. Repair techs were kind, polite, professional and diligent- and showed up promptly when they said they would. Would certainly use Capable One Door and Gate Services again.
