I have the highest regard for the good people that work here. It's a very calm and welcoming place to visit. Tanya at reception always greeted me with a smile and had the same warm response to everyone entering. Annick - my psychologist - was wonderful. She helped me to understand that I had PTSD and anxiety as a result of a traumatic injury and major surgery. I was fearful of everything. Min the children's psychologist is great and understanding. She has alot of knowledge with autistic, adhd children.
Darbee at capability psychology has been fantastic over the past year of seeing her! She has helped me immensely through a very rough period and is helping me heal from CPTSD. The reception team are always friendly and helpful and I can’t recommend this team highly enough. Absolute stars 🌟
Bad experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. Communication was poor, emails were ignored, and overall the service was disappointing.
The place administration, in particular Angela, are neither serious nor honest people. I would not recommend the place. Totally disappointed.
