Min the children's psychologist is great and understanding. She has alot of knowledge with autistic, adhd children.
Darbee at capability psychology has been fantastic over the past year of seeing her! She has helped me immensely through a very rough period and is helping me heal from CPTSD. The reception team are always friendly and helpful and I can’t recommend this team highly enough. Absolute stars 🌟
Bad experience. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. Communication was poor, emails were ignored, and overall the service was disappointing.
The place administration, in particular Angela, are neither serious nor honest people. I would not recommend the place. Totally disappointed.
This place is a disaster, Anika left my partner in tears after the first session which finished in less then 5 minutes. When she got to the car I tried to remain impartial and organised to sit in on the next session, now Angela from reception is bizarrely berating and humiliating my partner for rescheduling her second appointment by one week to look after our son with General Develop Disorder (he is just six months old).
