I had a great experience with Capability Psychology. They were incredibly supportive during a challenging time in my life. The staff was warm, empathetic, and truly made me feel heard. I highly recommend their services!
I was seeing Jade and now Dar-bar and they are both really good the only thing I think they need to change is to have a back up person to answer phone calls wen one is away because I have been trying to call someone since Saturday and now it’s Tuesday and I got a message from the lady who normally answers the phones and she said she has gone home sick but the place is really clean and just relaxing
Clinicians are not what I would call competent. Very unorganised bunch.
I dont know where they get the idea that they provide compassionate care, or why they have 'wellness' in their tagline, when they dont provide either. A horrible misdiagnosis from an inept psychologist, that has only been a setback.
