Very unfortunate that I didn't check any of past reviews before going with these properties. Very bad experience.
**Updated** I was a bit worried about the reviews but the rental agent Maria contacted me today shortly after leaving my initial review and sending an email. I was provided with the information I was seeking and I was extremely happy with the help she provided. She explained the waiting time and helped us with our application efficiently. As of right now, I have no complaints at all. Thank you very much, Maria you've been extremely helpful and we appreciate it.
I'm writing this with tears in my eyes because I'm about to be homeless. I ported my voucher to Columbus and went through the ppw for one house and wasted valuable time because of HCV's have a time limit. The owner turns around and sells the house after time wasted.
