The office staff is extremely friendly, professional, kind, caring, just really great people. They believe in 2nd and 3rd chances if you are honestly trying to do the next right thing and even if u fall down and are struggling to get back up or to stay up! I believe we also share the same God, Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Saviour. I have had a hard time though with Maintenance. I've had to empty a bucket under my bathroom sink 2 times a day for at least 7 months and my shower has been unusable for at least 8 months. Otherwise ... read more

I moved into one of Cap Raye Realty properties in June 2018. The experience was bad from the beginning. The house had fleas, the basement flooded, not just a little bit of water but up to my knees. I called and told them about the flooding and the fleas they did nothing.I was told that it was normal for a basement to flood ,which was not. I paid my rent on time for 2 years. I called and left a message and they have not called back after several days. Someone I work with has found them to be equally non responsive.
