What a breath of fresh air! Great customer service. Came here twice for cap repairs and they did an amazing job. Very polite and professional. Will be back. Thanks Corey and the gentleman who did the install.
5 hours from home on a Sunday, and my newly installed trailer hitch has backed almost all the nuts out. Dangerous and almost criminally so. Will be following up with store manager on Monday. Whoever installed this unit must have smoked their lunch. I'm beyond pissed. Trailer only weighs 960 pounds dry weight, 1500 loaded. Unreal. Absolutely shoddy work.
