TL;DR I put $14k and waited for more than 100 days. All I got was a statement “I don’t care”. I would give 0 star if I can. You should enjoy your precious time with your family and friends instead of wasting time with these guys for nothing. And they have terrible relationship with the warehouse. worst service, calling them waste of time never answer the phone, its better we buy from amazon or Lordco good service from them and cheaper than cap it.
Excellent customer service especially from Matthew. I had questions about my bike rack and called numerous times and every time I was treated with courtesy and resolutions. They work very hard to help their customers and appreciate returning customers. Thank you Matthew and your team!
I ordered parts and only half the order showed up and it was wrong. Requested my money back and they accepted, but it's been 8 days now and I still have not received my refund. So I'm not happy at all about this company. 😕
Can’t force these guys to take your business. I see why everything is going online these days, it’s companies like this. Ordered a couple accessories for a new truck…. Spray on Bedliner, Tonneau cover and some rear Wheel Well Liners. Between missing rail on the tonneau and wrong size then sent back wheel well liners. It’s just excuse after excuse for 2 weeks.
