The communication is brutal, and delivering on products is worse for a product bought and paid for!!!! Not much good to say about Cap it Regina
Spent 4800$ on a truck topper that I had to bring back 7 times in the first month of owning it due to faulty locks, leaks, and build quality. My two windows are still leaking and the owner said ill get a hold of you once i hear from my guy been over a month and a half. Nightmare dealing with them and they make passive aggressive comments. For example one of the clamps had a crack across it and when i brought it in the owner told me "in ten years i never seen a clamp crack" in a weird passive aggressive demeanor. Excellent to work with. Purchased and installed new tires, shocks and struts. Enjoyed my experience. I would return for other accessories.

Be very careful if you are reading this. Horrible customer service, no accountability what so ever. These charlatans will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money. Do not trust this business unless you have money to burn and time to waste.
