In October I took my Freightliner hwy tractor to get detailed. Was told about $600 was charged 822.00. Not a big deal if the truck sparkled. Well it did on the outside but the inside was not very good. Had my guy redo the inside. During cleaning my passenger mirror clip was damaged. Brought 2 vehicles in recently for full details. The staff were fantastic and obviously take a lot of care and pride in what they do. Having never been fancy enough to have my vehicles detailed before, I was quite surprised to find the price really fair. Considering how hard the detailer(s) would have had to work to make our cars look brand new again blows me away. Management (Darren) is incompetent and lacks basic communication skills. A recent negative experience at this cap it has resulted in them losing a loyal customer.
