Very friendly staff and great service. They fit me in on a last minute cancelation so that worked out perfect. I had my canopy wired for 3rd brake light, auto locking, and the interior light. I was quoted a certain amount and they held true to the estimate so they are accurate with their pricing. which is refreshing. $430 to wire the lights is a bit steep but they make it up in service.
Shoddy work, not satisfactory,
I brought my truck in to cap it nanaimo to have belly bars installed. The interior had been detailed a few days prior and when my spouse picked it up there was dirt all over the steering wheel, the arm rest, the console, 3 of the 4 doors, the floor boards, the drivers seat, the rear seat, and the rear carpet. When informed about the issue the manager said the dirt was tracked into the vehicle because the frame had dirt on it that had to be scraped off. Excellent service! Parts came in much faster than expected, and they were able to book me in immediately. Furthermore, due to unusual circumstances, they sped up the installation process without me even asking. I would highly recommend them. The service was very friendly and informative.
Excellent customer service from start to finish i would recommend this company to anyone. I'm doing another review now because we bought a truck to tow our trailer. The staff at capit are great. The service department is efficient and the all of the staff are super helpful. We needed a second brake controller and nanaimo capit was our first choice.
