The worst experience ever. Ordered alucab canopy and was promised that the next shipment is coming withing 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into nine month of me calling them. Never did they ever called themselves to update the status. I ended up buying Chinese knock off for 1/3 of the price and regret i didn't do it right away. Avoid capi it at all cost. Business that doesn't care about their customers don't deserve to be on the market

Went to Cap-it beginning of March to get a tunnel cover and a ladder rack but on my truck paid for it all $2500 supposed to come in Saturday. They’re gonna put it on. I got put off come in the next Saturday. I got put off so I made appointment during the week. I come in the only put the tunnel cover on. They didn’t put the ladder rack on, and when the parts come in, I just took them and I had to pay somebody else to put them on. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to.
