Went to Cap-it beginning of March to get a tunnel cover and a ladder rack but on my truck paid for it all $2500 supposed to come in Saturday. They’re gonna put it on. I got put off come in the next Saturday. I got put off so I made appointment during the week. I come in the only put the tunnel cover on. They didn’t put the ladder rack on, and when the parts come in, I just took them and I had to pay somebody else to put them on. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. Update Feb 25, 2025. Cap-it still hasn't reached out and I can only assume that they think I'll just go away either that or they just don't care about customer satisfaction. I took delivery on June 6 2024 of my color matched truck cap, before purchasing I was concerned about water leaks. I was assured that the caps dont leak but its possible to have water leak from the front window since I ordered mine with a removable slider front window and was informed the seal could roll or get pinched from removal for cleaning purposes.... read more
