Terribly experience. They told me I would have my truck topper within two months. 2 1/2 months later it still hadn't arrived. Called multiple times, told me they would call me back and never did. I then went to the shop to inquire, they told me it wasn't even in production yet. Requested a refund and walked out. No apology. Do better. Customer service was terrible.
I’ve dealt with the Langley cap it in the past for a bug / rock deflector for my car . There was an issue within weeks of screws falling out . The manager came straight out and said “ no guarantee “ for this issue . Would have given zero stars if possible. Never again
