I purchased roof racks and a Compass kayak carrier from Cap-it Langley. While Thule missed their delivery commitment three times (causing me to miss two trips), this was not Cap-it’s fault. Matt from Cap-it kept me updated throughout, provided excellent service, and even gave me a generous discount. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cap-it and will definitely continue shopping there.
I visited Cap-it a couple of weeks ago and had a most pleasant experience. My support stanchions were missing on my new rides cap-it. The fellow there gifted me with a couple of salvaged support rods. What a great way to impress a new customer.
