Great experience buying a utility trailer from the Edmonton location- thanks to the sales staff for their great communication over the phone & text, and an easy time getting hooked up when I picked it up.
Sales was good quality of topper was good and just what I ordered. BUT! It was put on a new truck with less than a thousand kilometres on it. I cleaned the bed and tailgate spotless to make working on installing the topper nicer for the installer. Sawdust, foot prints throughout the bed and scratches on the tailgate. Not impressed. GO TO THE SOUTH SIDE LOCATION! I have done business now with both sides and all I can say is south side will do it right the first time and they will be pleasant. The one younger male staff member is rude and confrontational, it takes them twice as long to do the same job and it still wasn’t done right. Plus side the young woman in the front was very polite and understanding.
