Brought my truck in right before May Long weekend and they did what they could to get my tent installed. They were super nice and helpful. Huge shout out to Stephanie!
Best place to get canopy and tent system. Friendly staff. Great quality and fair price..only place to go to for accessories.
4 year old roll top fell apart (see pictures) Top of the line ( was told when I bought it) Hybrid aluminum roll top / trap style I bought Supposed to have warranty of course it was denied! Tried 2 separate times to get Cap-it to back up their own brand and besides selling me a new one they did not help me - Cap-It right on the truck box cover FYI this is why the world is going Amazon with customer service like that.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Greg and the staff at Capit, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the start, their professionalism stood out, and the store had a very welcoming atmosphere. They got me in within a week of ordering a cover for my truck, which was impressive.
