The people at this location as wonderful. So helpful and accommodating. My cap, lift and tires done by them.
Last week I had a Smartcap Adventure installed along with a new aftermarket rear bumper. This was my second time purchasing and having those things installed. The first time was a retractable tonneau cover and Yakima HD rack. Both experiences were amazing, including the trips to the store to figure out what would work with my Ram Rebel. Unreal customer Service. Greg and the boys were fantastic. I ordered in a tonneau cover. Got a call the next day letting me know it was in, I then called the following day to see if they could squeeze me in last minute to install -this was 1 hour before they were closing. Greg said yes come on by and the techs installed my new truxedo tonneau cover I was IN AND OUT in 18 minutes. Great job
These guys are so awesome!! Very knowledgeable and they take their time to explain and look through everything to make sure you're getting the product you want. For anymore truck needs, I'll definitely go back!!
I went to two other stores before ending up at Cap-it Edmonton South. When I walked in, they were friendly and helped me to find the best rack for my truck. When I came to pick-up the product, they noticed a problem with my previous rack, helped me to fix it, and worked with me to find the best solution. I cannot rave enough about the customer service.
