Pretty disappointed with these guys. I've been looking for a top for my pickup, and for the last month they have the exact one I need showing available on their website. I call to get it and its been sold weeks ago and they are waiting to install it. But wouldn't you know it they can order me a new one for almost $1800 more than the one showing available. Can’t say enough good things about this shop. I got quotes from all the competitors and Cap-It Covers was significantly better priced for the same topper and accessories. Taelor was great to work with, and they were super responsive with estimates, timelines, and answering my questions. The wiring and install process was fast and efficient. If you need a topper, this is the place to go.
I really appreciate the guys at Cap-It. I ordered a topper for my Mom's truck and we needed it on a deadline for a move. Despite some supply chain issues at the factory they got it here and installed just in time and their communication throughout was great.
