Exemplary with a big BUT . I found the customer desk service to be top notch as I did the pricing for the products ,,,,they are as competitive as Amazon . The install tech knows his stuff and did a first rate professional job . BUT the shop rate for installs equates to $ 200 and hour all thrown in . $175 odd for shop rate , a $17 an hour supply charge that occurs automatically per hour regardless of need ,and then the tax .
