Great choice for procuring a trailer hitch for my Ford Escape. Chris the manager was outstanding in his customer service as well as his high knowledge to address my small issues with getting a hitch. He clearly and concisely, left no misunderstanding with his explanation of all that was required for my vehicle. Service was quick and ahead of schedule the day of my service.
