Really disappointed. I received poor service from the Burnaby location and I’m 5 months into a repair that could have taken me an afternoon if I had a customer-friendly and competent business to deal with. Cap-It is unfortunately the only real local distributor for most or all canopy brands and I am forced to go through them to get replacement parts for a canopy I have owned for years. I called them in early November and asked for specific parts to be ordered for my canopy. I gave them all the details including what I needed... read more
Ben and his team are always helpful.. a year after buying a canopy i popped in and they quickly adjusted and tightened everything up for me. I will go happily good back..
Huge shoutout to Cap-It in Burnaby! I picked up a rooftop tent, and it was too big for me to handle alone—Nelson and Jim stepped up, helped me install it right at the store, and made the whole process a breeze. Their kindness, expertise, and customer-first approach blew me away. Ben, the owner, also made sure I got exactly what I needed.
