Horrible experience - highly do NOT recommend. We spent $8000 on a brand new canopy and were treated like they could care less. The locks stopped working less than 3 months after purchase and were told that was our own problem and nothing they could do about it, finding out shortly after that the locks are faulty. They told us to go directly to the manufacturer instead of helping us with whatever they could to keep our tools safe in the meantime. I called and asked to get a hitch and wiring done for pulling my tent trailer with my van. I was quoted at $950 (which I thought was a great price). When I got to Cap It, I expressed my excitement again about my upcoming camping trip with my family in our tent trailer. Rude and unprofessional staff .
They managed to refund me $300 on Thule roof racks by finding a better and cheaper way to install the racks. Service was prompt and staff friendly!
