Very courteous and thoughtful
I've come to this branch for the better part of a decade (yada yada when it was still the other name). I no longer live in the area but I've kept my account with them because, frankly, they have very little competition in regards to their rates, their service, and their ability to support us. Recently I had my cards stolen, and was subsequently locked out of my account because I failed to answer a new security question properly. The employees of this branch are so unprofessional. You would think you are in a McDonalds with 17yr. old employees. This is a financial institution! They can be friendly, etc., however, they yell across the room to one another, and just behaved inappropriately. And although I understand that there is most likely no dress code in place, come on now!
Extremely unprofessional employee who was determined to be the center of attention and distract her coworkers who were actually working. What should have been a 5 minute transaction to deposit cash, turned into waiting while my teller had to recount the money several times due to the other worker being so loud and obnoxious. She loudly distracted the teller working the drive through to make jokes and complain about how the day was dragging, loudly yawning multiple times, and then apparently hurt her finger so made a dramatic... read more
