Absolutely awful since the merge with capcom. Direct deposit is always late, getting charged insufficient funds even though there’s money in my account. My available and current balance never adds up with pending transactions. Will be switching to sunmark
Absolutely awful, I am very upset with this bank, they have very slow service and overall they are a very rude place, I will not be coming back.
Just awful. Don’t go.
Update 6/26/24 Beware since the merge took place everything been sketchy. I got charges three times insufficient fees with money available in my account, which make no sense. My bills minus from my account with available balance yet the bank felt I should charged insufficient fees with cash available?! Also if you transferring money from saving to checking you will also be charge for transfer within your account. Cap com was not this bad until merge. Yeah definitely going to look for a new place.
