I feel terrible for the wife of the awful man that runs that place with a steel fist. He is a horrible person; at least he is when he's working there, I went to Cao's two times - and had the wife (very sweet lady), but the third time, I had to work with him, and it was terrible. I went with a friend to have a set of nails put on and was treated very cold and unwanted. The man who was doing my nails was very rude and rough. He cut my finger while filing making it bleed. Then, it almost happened again on the other hand. When my friend asked if she could get her nails done she was told no, that she would have to make an appt. next week.
