My daughter is so happy at CAO. Currently she's in summer camp and I absolutely love the structureToni has that is inclusive of small camp sizes, creativity time, field trips and 1 on 1 attention given to the campers. I highly recommend! We are looking forward to the competition team season as well!

We are on year 2 at CAO and it has been such an amazing experience! The gym owner and staff are very personable and have been very helpful along the way. My girls are really enjoying this program and making memories with other Athletes. This gym is about setting high expectations and creating everlasting experiences for their athletes. The absolute best gym to be apart of!

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this gym to families considering joining. My daughter was part of CAO’s EAST location for three seasons. While she did gain new skills and had some positive moments, the poor leadership, communication, and operational issues ultimately outweighed the overall experience. Cao Elite is an amazing place to be! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and strong sense of bonding among athletes, coaches, and families.
