Well experienced and friendly Doctor and staff.
Emailed back and forth with Dr. Strandberg about scheduling related to a Physical Exam. Very insightful, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Equally so over the phone, great communication— excellent.
I have tried to schedule an appt multiple times and can not get ahold of anyone in their office, fist on the request form (which says if you do not get a response in 24-48 hrs please submit again), then I resubmitted the form and emailed them, today I tried calling and it went to voicemail and their voicemailbox was full so you can't even leave a message. Apparently they don't like to answer for anyone.
My partner and I had a great experience with Dr. Strandberg and the team. Very accommodating, professional, and lovely people, making the process very smooth. Thanks again !
