Absolutely unbelievable had an appointment scheduled for 2:45 and I didn't get seen till a lot 3:30 I’m extremely disappointed if you schedule me for an appointment at a certain time I expect to be seen at the certain time 🤦♀️
They may be fine for urgent care early in the day, but... Although their website states they are open until 6:00 p.m., they actually leave at 5:30, stop seeing patients at 4:30, and if your surgeon sends over an order for urgent x-rays at 3:30, you will be turned away. Evidentally, their x-ray machine turns into a pumpkin around that time every day.
Jon Gambill is the best! Been going to him for close to 20 years. The staff is always friendly.
